I have been working in the fitness industry since 2008, but have been active my whole life. Most of my professional experience comes from working as a Personal Trainer in a large commercial gym, but I also spent short periods of time at a large community center and a smaller private club. I credit each and every client for teaching me something new and keeping me on my toes.

Certifications: CSEP – CPT, TRX, CPR – C + First Aid

Why Fitness? I have learned that being physically active can change your life. The feeling of energy, confidence and inspiration is like no other and I want to share it with you! Plus, why not do what you love?

How I stay Fit: I have recently gone back to my fitness roots – the pool. I am swimming Masters with the North York Gators and loving it! When I’m not in the pool you’ll find me running with Lindsay, teaching our class or walking my dog.

Favourite Body Blast exercise: The basics – squats, lunges, push ups and burpees are staples. There are so many variations and they truly give you the best bang for your buck!

Why I love my Job: My love for the human body and passion for helping people makes training the absolute best job for me. Seeing you reach your goals is why I love coming to work everyday!

What FEARLESS means to me: “Imagine what you would do if you weren’t afraid”. Being brave enough to do it- that’s Fearless!
